“Record Your Kid Contest 2019"
Rules: VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. The submission of a video may be made by an active member in good standing. The participating/submitting member must be at least 18 years of age, acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this contest as stated. The participating member agrees to all terms of this contest voluntarily, and of his/her own accord. The participating member acknowledges that the video he/she has entered in the “Record Your Kid Contest 2019” is solely his/her own creation. The participating member understands that entering this contest constitutes permission to publish any and all videos he/she has entered in "Record Your Kid Contest 2019." By entering this contest, the participating member permits and is attesting to the fact that they have all parental and legal rights with no restrictions to record their child whom they state is under 11 years of age at the time of submission, this recording may be displayed on any electronic website under the control or direction of Farmers Insurance Group Federal Credit Union. With the limitations of format and size file of the respective social media site used to post the entry. The participating member understands that his/her first name and that of the child may be published in the Credit Union’s Facebook©, Twitter, or Instagram page(s) or on the Credit Union’s website. Members need to submit their “Record Your Kid Contest 2019” entries that applies to the theme/subject “Record Your Kid Contest 2019”. Entries may be made from August 12 – 31, 2019, and it must be submitted before the deadline, utilizing “#FIGFCUkids” through Facebook© or Instagram. Qualified entries may be placed online for judging & voting. Winners will be chosen by a select committee of Credit Union employees/supervisors. The Credit Union will be awarding three selected entries that will be chose on or about September 4, 2019.
Participant further warrants that they have the right to use and include all participants / subjects depicted and used in the submitted media. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless FIGFCU and its affiliates from any liability arising from or related to the contest. Participant further certifies that the entry submitted does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or other intellectual property belonging to any third party. Only the media recorded and submitted / used by a member will be accepted. Only one entry will be accepted per member. No Credit Union employee, Official, affiliate organization or their immediate family/household member is eligible to win this contest. Winners: The CU will choose 3 (three) winners. Prize: Each winner will receive a backpack filled with school supplies and miscellaneous items, estimated value of approximately $75.00 (Seventy-Five U.S. Dollars).
Eligible entries must be submitted during the Contest Period. Contest winners are responsible for any taxes for the receipt of prize winnings and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. All decisions of FIGFCU in this contest are final, binding and non-negotiable. No prize may be transferred or substituted.
Winners List: The names of the prize winners may be obtained after September 4, 2019 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: FIGFCU Marketing Attn: Record Your Kid Contest, 4601 Wilshire Blvd. Ste 110, Los Angeles, CA 90010.

Video or photo entries shall become the exclusive property of Credit Union and may be used for publicity, publication, or as content in any media, online or offline, without further permission, unless prohibited by law. All original video including but not limited to digitally uploaded and submitted material will not be returned to the entrant.
Limitations of Liability: Credit Union assumes no responsibility or liability for the following: lost, late, misdirected, or damaged video file. If for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to unauthorized intervention, fraud, copyright infringement, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Credit Union which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Credit Union reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
Social Media Contests
FIGFCU from time to time may choose to offer promotional items/awards or giveaways as incentives for individuals to “like”, “comment”, “follow”, “repost”, “share” or perform other similar functions on FIGFCU posts on social media websites. These offers are only open to lawful United States Residents. No purchase is necessary, other than requested information, including social media page likes/comments. Promotional offers are VOID in jurisdictions where prohibited. The User selected to receive any such item, agrees to hold FIGFCU harmless for any loss which might be incurred by the receipt, use, or loss caused directly or indirectly from the use of any such promotional item or cash awards. Promotional offers do not create an expectation on the part of any user to be selected to receive any such item. The user understands that the probability to receive any such promotional item is minimal, as their chances are just (1) one in relation to the total number of other users who participate in the promotional item being given away; other rules may apply. Employees or family members of FIGFCU employees are prohibited from receiving or being selected to receive promotional items. Receipt of promotional items may create tax liabilities on the part of the ultimate recipient, and users are always encouraged to consult a tax advisor prior to taking part in any promotional activity with FIGFCU.
