Credit Union Training Compliance and Research Specialist - Multiple Locations

Assists management and supervision in: special projects research, new products and services implementation, improvement and refinement of existing products and services, in-house training sessions, and compliance research. Troubleshoots and resolves unusual member service situations, makes studied recommendations to management for improving customer/member service. Travel to branches required.

CU Branch Counselor - Merced, CA

The Branch Counselor (BC) role is based in a branch and is a key team member that works with other BCs to ensure superior service is being provided to our members. This role is critical to the overall success of the branch and will perform both service and sales activities which can include assisting our members with general inquiries, recommending self-service technologies, and processing standard credit union transactions.

Senior Loan Technician - Multiple Locations

Advises members on loan availability; processes and packages loan requests and makes preliminary inquiries into eligibility to assist loan officers. Performs all necessary functions to fund and perfect loans.

Credit Union Digital Services Strategist - Los Angeles, CA

The Digital Services Strategist is responsible for deploying innovative solutions through the Credit Union's digital channels. This role will collaborate with senior management, business unit stakeholders, the core product team, and the information technology team in the development and implementation of digital strategies that are in line with, and support the organization's overall business objectives. This role will build out strategies that deliver improved user experience.
