CU Call Center Rep - Los Angeles/Burbank, CA

Assisting members via inbound calls - account inquiries and issue resolution. Performing outbound calls to follow-up on member inquiries. Performing other duties as assigned. If necessary to work from home, a wired (not wi-fi) connection is required.

Credit Union Loan Officer Supervisor - Multiple Locations

Develops, directs, coordinates and supervises Credit Union consumer personnel in the administrative functions of consumer loan products and services; underwrites consumer loan applicants; provides consultation to projected applicants; reviews service procedures; recommends, installs, and implements new service products; trains staff on use of same.

CRE Portfolio Risk Manager - Credit Union

*This is a virtual position that can be located anywhere in Southern California

Manages and oversees ongoing commercial real estate internal and external loan reviews. Reviews annual loan reviews to validate the accuracy of risk ratings and collateral quality and reports independent findings and observations. Evaluates the effectiveness of credit risk management practices, identifies potential weaknesses and emerging trends, and incorporates findings and recommendations into written reports.

Real Estate Loan Office - Pomona, CA

Directs and controls the committing, closing, servicing, funding and foreclosure of real estate and consumer loans.

Customer Experience Lead - Credit Union - Burbank, CA

The Next Gen Member Experience Lead services all customer contact channels (phone, chat, web, social media), supports staff as a backup to the management team, works on projects specializing in the research and implementation of new technology initiatives for customer-facing technology such as mobile banking, chat bots etc. and works from the home office closely with the management team as a Lead for the team of remote employees.
